Being insignificant is a lie that most of us being human fall into believing time and time after day. You see the meaning of significance is, in my view anyways, to have value or meaning.

When we fall into this mind set of the lie, the power of it renders us to feel powerless or unmotivated. But the question this brings up for myself is:

Do you feel that you life adds meaning to the kingdom of GOD?

As sinners we tend to look for ways in which we can make a significance for or lives inappropriately. The ways which we do this is as follows:

1) Polish- Comparing ourselves amongst our friends and family members; comparing what we have and what we don't have.

2) Prosperity- We abide by our popularity and who we know, how many friends we can or do have.

3) Possesions- We conform to the world in our materialistic ways.

4) Power - We hold our egos high in what we do job wise and money wise.

5) Living a life of contradictory - We try to live double lives; one of rightousness and one of the world. We can't do that we need to either live one or the other.

As a christian we find the basis of our significance in the book of psalms 139

In verses 1-16 we find that GOD is omnisent, omnipresent, and the creator. He knows everything about us, he's everywher around us, and he is the planner of our lives. He has everything pre-destined for us even when we think we are going in the right direction he can always redirect us.

EVERYTHING IN OUR LIFE IS SIGNIFICANT TO GOD!!!!!!!

The Reality of Our Significance:

We are a child of GOD by adoption. -Ephesians 1:5

We are holy and acceptable because christ died for us. - Romans 1:5

We are placed into christ's body. - 1 Corinthians 12:27

We are hand- picked by jesus to bear fruit. - John 15:16

" You see, the father is fond of me, ah, me father is so very fond of me." - Berman M.

The father is with us he created us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
